Allergies & Disclaimer

We understand some people maybe allergic to the metals and finishes used in making our Earrings. Our earrings may contain elements of brass, copper, gold, silver, stainless steel, resin (secure stud post) or other alloys. Please be advised If you are allergic to the said materials, it is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to any metals & alloys before making a purchase. There is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, KC Handmade Earrings will not be held liable for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

Our jewelry is not intended for children under 13 as the may pose as a choking hazard if handled incorrectly. Jewelry should not be placed in mouth as germs may spread from hands to jewelry and may cause infections. If consumers are making a purchase for a young child, it is also the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of child's allergies to metals & alloys before purchase. KC Handmade Earrings will be not be held liable for any discomfort or allergic reaction.

Pre-Orders

KC Handmade Earrings will often times offer pre-orders on products. Please understand that we cannot guarantee timing of pre-orders as these are made to order and dependent on availability of supplies. We strive to complete pre-orders within 10-12 business days before the order is shipped. If consumer purchase items that are in stock they will be shipped at the same times as your pre-order. Unfortunately we cannot ship items separately. If in a rush to receive, pre-orders are not for you and we highly suggest that you do not place a pre-order. Once orders are placed, they are non-refundable. Materials are ordered based on pre-orders, therefore there could be a delay in timing.
