Will Polymer Clay earrings break?
Yes, although they have baked and cured. They are still very delicate. Do not bend earrings. 

Are the earrings heavy?
Depending on thickness of the design, the weight of earring will vary slightly. However majority of my earrings are extremely lightweight.

Where should I store them?
Store earrings in a dry and cool area. Any kind of moisture will cause the metal used to connect the clay pieces on the earrings to tarnish.

If the metal on my clay earrings start to tarnish, is there a way to clean them?
Yes! Mix a few drops of lemon juice with salt. Use a dry towel and dab the mixture on the metal. be extremely careful not to get the mixture on the clay pieces. Use a new clean towel to wipe clean. I've done this myself and it works! However you should always test!

How can I remove makeup from my clay earrings?
Lightly washed with soap and water. Use a paper towel to pat clean. Do not submerge earring into soap and water. Pat clay pieces dry. 

Do you do custom earrings?
At this time no, we do not offer custom earrings. However we are hoping to do so in the future! Stay tuned

How soon can I receive my order?
We strive to ship within 3-4 business days (excluding holidays) of receiving order. If you need an item sooner please email us at kcearrings@hotmail.com and will see what we can do. We do not do local pick-up at this time. 

My package is lost in transit, what should I do?
Once a package is in USPS hands, we are no longer responsible for the package. You will need to contact USPS/ your local USPS location.

I didn't like the earrings I received, what are my options?
All sales are final, we do not allow returns/refunds. Please make sure to review photos of earrings prior to purchase.

My package was received damaged & my earrings are also damaged, what are my options?
Please contact us via email at kcearrings@hotmail.com immediately within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will discuss with you individually regarding your order.
